Pesti Hazak zRt. is an active player in the dynamically growing Hungarian real estate market. Our Company is represented as a real estate developer in the Hungarian market. As an investor with complete know-how, it finances the costs of construction from its own funds or bank loans, actual construction will be performed by a general contractors. The Company has built and sold over 1000 apartments over the last few years in Budapest. Currently, we are building 705 apartments, store properties, room garages and the storage facilities belonging to them in traditional residential neighborhoods of Budapest. At the beginning we focused on district IX, an area undergoing rehabilitation, but owing to the successful operations of our Company, by now we have established ourselves in district XIII as well. For the implementation of our plans we are proud to have the support and trust of the district local governments and the Asset Management Organization, the body which has successfully coordinated block rehabilitation in district IX.
We control the entire process of real estate development: starting from the purchase of the undeveloped land, through construction and selling, all the way to delivery of the apartments. In addition, as a new service we also lease out certain apartments in our portfolio.
