Over the last 5 years Pesti Hazak zRt. and companies held in its investment portfolio have implemented real estate investments in the value of 10.6 billion HUF, involving the sale of 610 apartments!
The organization manages the entire process of real estate development in a complex manner, by establishing a logistic system involving the selection of the undeveloped site, planning, technical implementation, selling and financing.
It is a priority for us that all apartments should be completed in time and in the committed manner, with quality in focus. This is evidenced by the fact that so far we have always delivered every building in every investment project of the company within the committed deadline!
At present we have 5 properties under development in a total value of 16.21 billion HUF, during which 705 apartments have been completed with the related parking places and stores.

The latest house of Pesti Hazak zRt.., the condominium of 126 apartments in Ferenc square was built as the last stage of the rehabilitation of the square between Ferenc square and Pava street. The building connects the two street, there is a passage built between them, apartments of 35 to 141 square meters were built in the condominium, from the apartments there is a view on the 2 newly developed internal parks and on Ferenc square, while tenants of the top levels may even see Gellert Mountain.

This development is a result of the successful cooperation between Pesti Hazak zRt. and SEM IX. Ltd.
For lack of funds, this condominium had been left unfinished for years. The local government of the district and SEM IX. Ltd. together bought out the owners of the apartments and settled the legal situation after lengthy procedures, and finally decided to involve private capital.
Pesti Hazak zRt. considered this a good development idea, since the project is located in one of the outstandingly good points of rehabilitation in Ferencvaros.
Having been finished at a completion level of 50% by that time, the project was re-launched at the end of 2002: we started building 46 apartments, 6 stores and 52 parking places.
The prospective customers were not discouraged by the troubled history of the house, there was so much demand for the condominium that on the first day of selling half the apartments were taken.
In August 2003 the condominium was completed and delivered. Our customers occupied a state-of-the-art, really modern building. By that time every inch of the house had been sold.

Before the start of this project significant demands were registered, typically for small apartments with one and a half rooms. We relied on this basis when we started construction and selling. In November 2003 every apartment was sold.
